We have been serving Kansas City Kansas and surrounding communities in Wyandotte, Johnson, Leavenworth, Franklin, Douglas, Miami, and Linn counties since 2004.

We specifically provide Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) through the Medicaid program in addition to providing Attendant Care services through numerous Veteran programs. Additionally we do offer Private Duty care.
